Our menu ranges from Austrian inn classics and seasonal specialities to Mediterranean dishes.
Classics such as Wiener Schnitzel, Salzburger Nockerl and succulent roast pork sit on our menu alongside seasonal specialities.
Our traditional dining rooms invite you to stay awhile. Lunch, dinner with friends or a larger celebration – locals and visitors feel equally at home here.
We use regional ingredients whenever possible. Fresh herbs, responsibly sourced meat and crisp vegetables – quality you can taste.
Weekdays from 6:30 amBreakfast buffet
We serve our generous breakfast buffet on weekdays from 6:30 to 10:00 am and at weekends and on public holidays from 7:30 to 10:00 am in our 3-star hotel and restaurant.
A broad selection of fresh, regional produce awaits. Most of our food comes from producers and suppliers in Salzburger Land and elsewhere in Austria.
Enjoy fragrant Julius Meinl coffee and tea, fresh bread and pastries from Leimüller bakery, Eisl sheep’s milk products and premium dairy produce from Salzburg Milch.
Guests not staying at the hotel are warmly invited to begin their day with us too.

Our dining rooms
With around 50 seats, the Gaststube is our most traditional dining room, with a timber-beamed ceiling and tiled stove. Friends meet here for an easy-going evening, colleagues round off the working day over a beer, and local clubs and regulars find a second home.
Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm (last kitchen order). At weekends and on public holidays, we are pleased to welcome you for events and celebrations.
The smallest of our welcoming dining rooms is furnished with handcrafted tables and chairs. It seats up to 20 guests, making it ideal for intimate celebrations and seminars.
The Jagdstube invites you to stay awhile with its refined rustic atmosphere and thoughtful interior. Whether for a business dinner or a relaxed family celebration, its quiet alcoves and corner tables make time slow down. It is ideally suited to groups of up to 50 guests.
